Quality control  procesure

Woscan has established a set of successful quality control procesure

Evaluation procedure to the suppliers:

Engineering department confirms the purchase standard → Purchase department looks for more than 3 suppliers → Investigate the supplier → Purchase samples → IQC tests the samples → Engineer department makes sample products → Ageing test of the sample products → purchase small quantity of samples → produce small quantity of products → Ageing test → Engineer department evaluates the suppliers → Confirm 1 supplier

Procedure of the materials inspection:

Component supplier → IQC inspection → Purchase → IQC inspection → storage

Procedure of the half-finished products inspection:

Obtaining materials → First inspection → Production → self-inspect by workers → IQC inspection → QC part inspection → storage

Inspection procedure for the finished products:

Obtaining materials → First inspection → Production → self-inspect by workers → IQC inspection → QC part inspection → Part ageing test → Production → Full inspection before the packing → packing → QA final inspection → storage
