Woscan Policy

Order Process
1. Select product 2. Send us an online enquiry or by email 3. We quote and prepare samples if necessary 4. You confirm the samples and send a Purchase order 5. We send you proforma invoice 6. Pay 7. Production and shipping arrangement 8. Delivery
Sample Policy:
We send samples via customer’s freight account by freight collect. Acceptable freight accounts include FEDEX; UPS; TNT and DHL. If you do not have such account, we can send by TNT. TNT will ask you to confirm the sample shipment and freight costs before upon our shipping instruction. Then we send samples upon your confirmation forwarded to us by TNT. This policy is made to reduce our huge spending on samples. It’s quite a big cost in a year. Thanks for your understanding.
Payment Policy
1.  T/T in advance (Telegraphic Transfer) for the following:
1)      new customer 2)      small order or sample order 3)      air shipment
2.  Deposit 30%, then T/T balance before shipment, for reliable customer
3.  Irrevocable L/C at sight, for old customers and volume orders.
Remmittance Policy 
1.       Customer is requested to pay handling charge at the following conditions: Handing charge Condition (X-the total amount) Memo USD50 X <USD1000 USD35 USD1000<=X<USD3000 USD15 USD3000<=X<USD5000Our sales people will put this handling charge in our proforma invoice to request you to pay with your order.
 

2. Outgoing bank charge should be covered by the customer. A short amount wired will be result in corresponding quty deduction to cover our loss.

3. Pls state our proforma invoice number in your T/T remittance slip for our quick finding of your payment. Thank you for your cooperation.

Return Policy

Woscan will replace or repair defective products within seven working days upon our approved inspection of the returned product(s); if replacement or repair is not available, we will credit buyer’s account or provide cash refund. Woscan will cover shipping cost for the return of defective product(s) to our Shenzhen China office, and will be responsible for shipment of replacement products from our China factory to buyer’s address. Woscan will not reimburse or pay for unexpected costs or expenses, including without limitation labor or other costs associated with removal or reinstallation of the product, even if it is ultimately deemed to be defective.

Exceptions: (for which Woscan will not replace or repair)
* Product that has been modified by the user.
* Product was not installed or maintained according to manual or specification accompanied.
* Product was subject to unusual physical or electrical stress, misuse, or negligence.
 * Product was non-defective or product defect was not related to Woscan product functionality, including third-party modifications.
* Other damages caused after receipt of product by customer.
 
Return Procedure To obtain approval of product return to Woscan, customer needs to follow our return procedures below:
1. Complete “Defective Return Form” or email support@woscan.com  to obtain “Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number”, “Authorized Shipping Account Number” and a shipping address label of Woscan Return Center.
2. Indicate clearly the above “Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number” and “Authorized Shipping Account Number” on a tag attached on the return product and dispatch the product to the stated shipping address.
3. Returned product will be inspected upon arrival at the center.
4. Once product is determined to be defective, we will replace or repair the product within seven working days.
Notice: * Any return without authorization of Woscan will not be accepted. * If return product is found to be damaged, missing parts, a minimum 17% ( total sales value of the returned parts) restocking fee will be charged.
* If return product is found to be non-damaged, the product will be returned to customer, at customer’s expense, and a minimum 10% test fee of the product value will be charged.Report Problem(s) to Woscan Please detailedly describe the problem(s) you’ve met and also send  the original invoice or invoice number support@woscan.com, we’ll handle it within 12 hours.
